          The selected task — semi-automatic filling and handling of chemical drums — breaks down into nine steps, each carrying a distinct physical or cognitive demand.

          04 Ergonomic Risk Assessments

          Three standardized tools were applied to the drum-filling task: RULA (upper limb), REBA (whole body), and QEC (exposure over time).
